Here in Vermont cheese is made the traditional way which provides the best flavor and old fashioned quality.
All the cheeses are hand cut, hand wrapped and made from pasteurized milk. We hand dip each bar in three coats of special cheese coating wax to lock in the peak flavor and allows for safe shipping and long keeping.
The 500 acre farm is located on a scenic road in central Vermont outside Woodstock. You’ll find free samples of cheese and maple syrup and the farm store is full of jams, mustard’s, spreads and meats made locally. Maple syrup is made in the Spring but folks can enjoy the self tour to see where it is actually made.
